[SHFE] Circular on Releasing the Overseas Special Participants Management Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange and the Other 34 Revised Business and Product Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange
The Overseas Special Participants Management Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange and the other 34 revised business and product rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) have been adopted by the Board of Directors of SHFE, and reported to the China Securities Regulatory Commission. These rules shall take effect on August 8, 2025.
Please visit the official website of SHFE for the Chinese version. If there is any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
